Thank you for submitting your lead order request. Your order is being reviewed for availability. Once the order has been approved and processed, your credit card or bank account will be charged, and you will receive a detailed receipt of the order and payment. Your order confirmation email will also include instructions for using our lead management system (LMS) and within a week of your order you will receive credentials to access your lead portal and start receiving leads.

For recurring orders, you will receive a weekly order confirmation as a reminder that we are still mailing for you. Your credit card or bank account will be charged weekly as well. You may cancel a recurring order no later than Monday at 12pm Eastern by submitting an Order Cancellation Form that clearly identifies the order. Modifications may only be made by cancelling the original order and resubmitting a new order with the desired changes. Any cancellation requests made after Monday at 12pm Eastern may be honored at IMH’s sole discretion. You are responsible for payment of cancelled orders already in process at time of request.
