Join the Launch GroupCalls are available from across the United States. You should opt to only receive calls from the states that you are currently licensed in. We recommend selecting at least 3-5 states to ensure best call volume.
Your account will be charged for the cost of each incoming lead as you receive it. To ensure call flow is never interrupted you need to maintain funds in your account.
You can manage your payment methods of choice, manually replenish your account, or create a rule to control how and when your account is automatically replenished in the IMH Lead Marketplace. We currently allow credit and debit card payments.
Pause or resume calls with a single click. It is critical that you turn availability off when you are unable to receive calls because you will be billed for all calls sent to you. We recommend setting aside at least 2 days a week or 2-5 hours every day for taking calls.
Yes. You can easily control where your calls are delivered by selecting your office or mobile phone number in the platform.
With IMH, you only pay for valid calls. The process to request a credit is simple and includes the following generous qualifying criteria:
Because of the generous credit policy, there is no guaranteed duration for your incoming calls.
Any missed calls that occur while your availability is turned on will be considered billable —whether due to stepping away from your phone, receiving another call outside of the program, or simply failing to log off. However, the lead’s name, phone number, and any other provided information will be passed along so you can call the consumer back. And after one missed call you will be automatically marked unavailable and notified of your status change.
Yes. All calls are recorded and stored for compliance purposes. Recordings can be provided upon request in the event of a compliance issue.
